    For the un powered glide flight

    \(L=Wcos\theta
    \\D=Wsin\theta
    \\\Rightarrow \frac{D}{L} =\frac{Wsin\theta}{Wcos\theta}
    \\\Rightarrow tan\theta =\frac{D}{L}
    \\\Rightarrow \theta =tan^{-1}\left ( \frac{D}{L} \right )\)
